When you check availability, join the waitlist, apply as a Collector or contact us, we collect the details you enter , such as your name, email address, phone number, address, postal code and message. We only ask for information needed to respond to you or to assess service availability.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, tell you when Hooloo becomes available in your community, review Collector applications and evaluate partnership opportunities. We do not sell your personal information.

Submissions are stored in access-controlled systems. Website visitors cannot read submitted records; access is limited to authorised Hooloo systems and team members handling your request.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have submitted, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us through the contact page.

We will update this page when our practices change, and the revised policy applies from the date it is published here.
